Compensation: $105,000 to $120,000

Position Summary:
We’re hiring a Physician Assistant (PA-C) who enjoys being on the move and working in non-traditional clinical settings. You'll serve residents in assisted living and memory care communities, building relationships and delivering meaningful, autonomy-driven care in place.


Responsibilities:

  • Travel to multiple senior living communities weekly to provide medical care
  • Conduct assessments, manage chronic conditions, and address acute concerns
  • Partner with interdisciplinary teams to align on patient goals
  • Maintain accurate, timely EMR documentation and communicate care plans

Qualifications:

  • Active MN PA license (Board of Medical Practice)
  • Background in geriatrics, internal medicine, or complex care preferred
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Must have reliable transportation and current auto insurance
