This role supports the day-to-day systems, logistics, and requests that keep the foundation's operations moving efficiently. The person we are looking for takes genuine pride in service-focused work, strategic problem solving, and process optimization.
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, execution-focused Operations Coordinator to support the foundation's day-to-day operations. Operations at PJMF is the infrastructure that enables our team to work at the speed the mission requires. This role supports the day-to-day systems, logistics, and requests that keep the foundation's operations moving efficiently. The person we are looking for takes genuine pride in service-focused work, strategic problem solving, and process optimization.
We anticipate the starting salary range for this role to be $58,000 - $81,000, with flexibility based on the experience you bring. Beyond career-defining work, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to support you along the way:
