Hightower Advisors is a wealth management firm that provides investment and financial planning services. The Operations Associate will support advisory teams by managing custodian accounts, ensuring compliance of client agreements, and enhancing operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Review client agreements and amendments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues raised by advisors in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance coordination and deliver a seamless advisor experience
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with advisor firms
- Support operational initiatives and contribute to project execution and process improvements
Skills
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in the financial services industry
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional diligence
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization)
