National Client Manager – Senior PCA Reviewer, Building Assessments

    Job Description:
  • Managing large national accounts
  • Building direct client relationships in support of sales efforts
  • Serving as primary engineering or architectural lead for national accounts
  • Maintaining a technical review load and delegating reviews to support staff
  • Managing Building Assessment projects completed by associate consultants
  • Providing training and mentoring to junior staff
    Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate consulting
  • Previous experience performing Property Condition Assessments (PCAs)
  • Knowledge and experience assessing various property types
  • Experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or HUD guidelines preferred
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Certification as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) preferred
  • Willingness to travel if necessary
