What You'll Do
As a Data Analyst on our Recruiting Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights. Your responsibilities will include:
- Product-Centric Data Approach: Apply a product-centric technique to data and reporting, ensuring discoverability through user-friendly documentation and trustworthiness with rigorous data quality tests. You'll be the guardian of data integrity while making insights accessible to stakeholders across the organization.
- Data Model Development: Design, build, and maintain robust data models to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for analysis. You'll create the foundation upon which critical hiring decisions are made.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, examine, and present data from various systems while furnishing a subset of potentially unrelated data points and filters to draw meaningful conclusions that drive business impact.
- Effective Communication: Effectively communicate data analysis findings to non-technical audiences who may be unfamiliar with the domain, translating complex findings into actionable recommendations.

Essential Qualifications

- Recruiting Domain Experience: Previous experience working with People or Recruiting teams, or in-depth understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and talent acquisition workflows is highly valued.
- Technical Proficiency: Prior relational database experience with proficiency in SQL and other common query languages. You should be comfortable navigating complex datasets and extracting meaningful insights.

Compensation and Benefits
