What You'll Do

As a Data Analyst on our Recruiting Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights. Your responsibilities will include:

• Product-Centric Data Approach: Apply a product-centric technique to data and reporting, ensuring discoverability through user-friendly documentation and trustworthiness with rigorous data quality tests. You'll be the guardian of data integrity while making insights accessible to stakeholders across the organization.


• Data Model Development: Design, build, and maintain robust data models to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for analysis. You'll create the foundation upon which critical hiring decisions are made.


• Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, examine, and present data from various systems while furnishing a subset of potentially unrelated data points and filters to draw meaningful conclusions that drive business impact.


• Effective Communication: Effectively communicate data analysis findings to non-technical audiences who may be unfamiliar with the domain, translating complex findings into actionable recommendations.


• Pattern Recognition and Process Improvement: Recognize patterns to define gaps within the applicant tracking system and drive change at a system level by collaborating with responsible parties including end users, system administrators, and other stakeholders.


• System Integration and Reporting: Ensure successful integration with downstream systems and accurate reporting to stakeholders, maintaining data flow integrity across the organization.


• Reporting Model Creation: Create reporting models that analyze key performance indicators, contributing to the growth of our in-house data tools and working directly with engineering teams to make system upgrades that help the team better serve its customers.

Essential Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered for candidates who can demonstrate equivalent knowledge and skills.


• Recruiting Domain Experience: Previous experience working with People or Recruiting teams, or in-depth understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and talent acquisition workflows is highly valued.


• Technical Proficiency: Prior relational database experience with proficiency in SQL and other common query languages. You should be comfortable navigating complex datasets and extracting meaningful insights.


• Data Visualization Skills: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to create compelling visual representations of complex data.


• Analytical Mindset: Critical thinking and a proactive problem-solving approach, with the ability to identify patterns and anomalies in data that inform business decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of CI/CD workflows and automated testing practices


• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis

Compensation and Benefits
