Mass Tort Associate

The attorney hired for this position will work directly with partners and other associates on litigation matters in a fast-paced, active environment and directly communicate and interact with clients.

Skills

• One (1) to Three (3) years of mass tort experience
• Experience with asbestos will be strongly considered
• Excellent academic credentials and strong drafting skills
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Competence and desire to manage a variety of active matters independently
• Massachusetts bar admission is required
• Court and deposition experience strongly preferred
• Rhode Island and/or Connecticut bar admission is a plus
