They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Project Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.


Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels
  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing Growth to ensure all tasks assigned are completed
  • Support on ad-hoc projects as needed

Skills

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Experience or willingness to learn website content updates and digital/media coordination
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management tools
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana) is a plus
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel or be on-site when required
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a related role
  • Experience working in hospitality, entertainment, or lifestyle brands is a plus
