Role Description

We are looking for a Marketing Operations & Outreach Coordinator to join our team in Manila. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented and eager to grow in marketing and sales support. You will play a key role in keeping campaigns running smoothly, driving outreach through LinkedIn and events, supporting sales enablement, and reporting on results to help inform strategy.


What Youll Do


Marketing Campaign & Sales Enablement Support



  • Provide day-to-day support across marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.



  • Assist with CRM data entry, reporting, and general marketing operations tasks.



  • Contribute to the preparation of sales enablement materials and campaign assets.


Outreach & Engagement



  • Manage LinkedIn outreach programs, sending invitations, connection requests, and follow-ups across executive accounts.



  • Support event and webinar promotion by inviting target audiences, coordinating with the team on registrant data, and executing pre- and post-event communications.



  • Help boost visibility of events and campaigns through light social engagement (e.g., commenting on posts).


Reporting



  • Track and report on outreach activity, including LinkedIn requests, event participation, and audience demographics.



  • Provide weekly/fortnightly updates that feed into broader marketing performance reports.



  • Share insights to help improve future campaign execution.


Who You Are



  • Experience: 2 years in marketing support, sales development, or a related role.



  • Organized: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.



  • Communicator: Excellent written communication skills, especially for LinkedIn and email outreach.



  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with HubSpot, Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and data reporting.



  • Openness to AI: Comfortable using AI and collaborating with fixed, flex, and AI workers at Reejig.



  • Competitive: A strong drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
