The US Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to meet client staffing needs. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and excellent communication skills to connect with candidates and clients effectively. Working remotely, you will collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for healthcare roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare candidates.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Must have experience hiring for Physicians (MD), Pediatricians and behavioral-health
  • Proven experience in recruiting healthcare professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and hiring practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to work US hours Monday to Friday.
