Your Perfect Dose (YPD) is an iOS and Android mobile app that helps users fine-tune their cannabis dosing to meet their needs without unwanted side effects. We are looking for a marketing manager who can understand user needs and our value proposition then design and execute marketing efforts to build user awareness and engagement with YPD.
• *Key Responsibilities
• *Marketing & Brand Development:
• Design and execute a branding strategy for YPD based on user needs and YPD values
• Identify and define target user audiences, both end users and partners
• Create messaging and identify the best channels to reach these audiences.
• Execute marketing campaigns—design creatives, deploy ads, evaluate performance.
• Provide regular feedback and insights to the YPD team to ensure marketing aligns with user needs.
• *Requirements**
• Proven experience setting up and running marketing campaigns in relevant domains
• Ability to track, interpret, and present performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and optimization strategies.

The YPD app is currently available on the App Store and Google Play store. We think initial efforts should focus on:
• Understanding user needs and how the YPD app meets them
• A review of our marketing efforts and results to date
• Comment on our current focus on building user awareness as well as getting an initial group of highly motivated users in a niche market
• *Qualifications**
• Brand development and testing
• Marketing campaign development and testing
• Experience marketing across social media platforms
• Good communications and team building skills
• Taking initiative in creating and implementing marketing efforts

Good communication in this project is essential, so lots of feedback and progress reporting will be needed.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
