Manager # SCM – Veh, Chs & Aggregates, E&E

Demand Forecasting & Material Planning:

• Develop material and production plans aligned with supplier lead times and capacity to ensure timely availability of parts.
• Monitor and report N+2 (two days before production) coverage to guarantee parts availability for scheduled production.

Supplier Coordination & Performance Monitoring:

• Collaborate with suppliers to communicate production schedules and confirm delivery commitments.
• Track and analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), particularly Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) compliance, on-time delivery with quantity.

Delivery & Logistics Management:

• Manage daily dispatches and deliveries to ensure materials reach production lines on time.
• Track truck movements, pallet counts, and ASNs to monitor shipment status and resolve any discrepancies.
• Oversee KTO dispatches (if applicable) and ensure proper documentation and handling.

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Work closely with internal teams including IPL (In-Plant Logistics), IBL (Inbound Logistics), PPS (Production Planning & Scheduling), Production, and CKD (Complete Knock Down) to synchronize material flow and production requirements.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to promptly address supply chain disruptions or material shortages.

Execution & Monitoring of Delivery Methods:

• Implement and track e-Kanban systems and Just-in-Sequence (JIS) delivery methods to optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times.
• Continuously improve material flow processes and delivery methods for enhanced efficiency.
