Job Title: Manager of Outbound Lead Generation


Location: Remote


Department: Business Development




We are looking for a commercially driven Lead Generation Manager to build and scale our lead engine across key markets and verticals. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and qualifying high quality prospects, while working closely with Sales and Partnerships to drive pipeline growth and revenue. You will play a critical role in expanding our client base and strengthening our presence across global corridors.




Job Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive consistent pipeline growth across priority markets and sectors

  • Identify, target, and engage high value prospects through outbound channels including LinkedIn, email, and potentially lead to outbound calls and events.

  • Qualify leads and ensure strong alignment with target client profiles before handover to Sales

  • Build and manage referral and partner networks to generate scalable, repeatable deal flow

  • Work closely with Sales and Partnerships to align on targeting, messaging, and conversion strategies

  • Collaborate with Marketing to improve campaign effectiveness, messaging, and inbound lead quality

  • Provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and competitor activity to refine targeting and positioning

  • Track and manage all lead activity within CRM, maintaining accurate data and reporting on pipeline performance

  • Continuously test and refine outreach strategies, channels, and approaches to improve lead quality and conversion rates






Job Requirements



  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales in fintech, FX, payments, or financial services

  • Proven track record of building and scaling lead pipelines

  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles and complex client onboarding

  • Strong English communication skills - B2 level or above is a must

  • Excellent relationship-building and written communication abilities

  • Highly proactive, self-driven, and commercially minded

  • Experience with CRM systems

  • Familiarity with lead enrichment platforms and LinkedIn/email automation tools (e.g. Apollo, Zoominfo, Instantly, Smartlead etc. )



Nice to Have



  • Experience with GTM tooling or AI-powered automation flows (n8n, Clay, or similar) would be a big plus

  • Experience targeting international clients across multiple industries
