- Role Responsibilities
- Design and develop structured scoring rubrics tailored to diverse assessment needs and subject areas.
- Establish and refine scoring methodologies to ensure clarity, fairness, and alignment with evaluation objectives.
- Conduct calibration sessions with assessors and subject matter experts to maintain inter-rater reliability.
- Validate assessments through pilot testing, data analysis, and continuous quality control processes.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend rubric improvements.
- Develop clear feedback frameworks based on rubric outcomes to support learning and performance improvement.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, educators, and stakeholders to enhance assessment quality and effectiveness.
- Requirements
- Proven experience designing and implementing assessment rubrics.
- Strong knowledge of scoring methodologies, calibration techniques, and evaluation validation methods.
- Ability to analyze performance data and apply insights to improve assessment frameworks.
- Experience maintaining quality control within structured evaluation systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to produce clear, actionable feedback based on rubric-driven assessments.
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable collaborating in a remote environment.
