Overview

Hope Restored Counseling Services (HRCS) is a growing telehealth group private practice serving clients across Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC. We are a faith-informed, client-centered practice committed to providing high-quality mental health care — and to building a team where clinicians feel supported, valued, and free to do meaningful work.

We are looking for compassionate, motivated therapists to join our team as independent contractors. Whether you're a Resident in Counseling just beginning your journey or a fully licensed clinician ready to step into a flexible clinician role, we'd love to connect.

This is a fully remote position with true schedule flexibility — you set your own hours and caseload.
