They are seeking a Lettings Coordinator to join their Allocations and Lettings team in Bradford, where the primary responsibility will be to market homes and guide customers through the moving-in process while ensuring compliance with legislation.
Responsibilities
- Marketing our client's homes and guiding customers through the journey of moving in
- Collaborating with Local Authority partners to ensure properties are advertised fairly and transparently
- Supporting customers throughout the application process, keeping them informed, assessing eligibility, and helping them access support where needed
Skills
- Experience in lettings or allocations, with strong knowledge of legislation
- Proven ability to build successful relationships with external partners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office and business software skills
- Excellent organisation and ability to manage deadlines
- Strong record‑keeping skills and GDPR awareness
- CIH Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice or equivalent, or willingness to work towards it
