What You'll Do

As a Customer Experience Advisor at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our customers perceive and interact with our brand. Your primary responsibility is to deliver outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations and creates memorable experiences. Here's what you can expect in this role:


  • Handle Inbound Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to customer calls and emails, addressing questions, concerns, and requests with care and accuracy. You'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking support, making your positive attitude and communication skills essential.

  • Process Sales Orders: Learn and master our internal management system to efficiently process transactions, update customer information, and ensure seamless order fulfillment. Attention to detail is critical here, as accuracy directly impacts customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers by following up on inquiries, providing personalized recommendations, and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.

  • Collaborate with Teams: Use internal communication platforms to coordinate with teammates, management, and other departments. Collaboration is key to resolving complex issues and improving overall customer experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:


  • Availability for Virtual Onboarding: Must attend a comprehensive two-week virtual onboarding program conducted via Google Meet video calls. (Note: Google Meet works best with Google Chrome, though it can be accessed through any web browser.)

  • Quiet Home Office: You must have a dedicated, quiet workspace with minimal background noise where you can focus on your shifts without distractions.

  • Flexible Schedule: Must be available to work 20–29 hours per week, with shift times ranging from as early as 8:00 a.m. to as late as 9:00 p.m. Central Time.

  • Evening and Weekend Availability: Must be available to work evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season, to support our customers when they need us most.

  • Reliable High-Speed Internet: Must have a stable high-speed internet connection with direct access to your router to ensure seamless communication and system access.

  • Equipment Provided: A laptop and all necessary equipment will be provided by arenaflex to ensure you have the tools you need to succeed.

  • Background Check Clearance: Must not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).

Extra Credit

While not required, the following qualifications will make you stand out from other candidates:


  • Prior customer service experience in retail, call center, or support roles.

  • Experience working remotely or from a home office environment.

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

  • Knowledge of best practices in customer experience and retention.
