The primary goal is to ensure all agreements are enforceable under Florida law and properly localized. Key focus areas include:
- Venue & Jurisdiction: Confirming all disputes are tied to Hillsborough County, FL.
- Florida Statutes: Ensuring compliance with state-specific consumer and commercial laws.
- Risk Mitigation: Reviewing indemnity, attorney fee provisions, and liquidated damages.
Requirements:
- Must be an active member of the Florida Bar OR be familiar with the contractual legal structure.
