B2B Lead Generation & Demo Booking Specialist (Pay Per Qualified Demo)

We are building Autosmarts, a B2B SaaS platform focused on helping automotive businesses streamline field-audit operations.

We are currently in a growth phase and looking to bring on a Freelance B2B Business Development Executive / SDR to help us generate qualified demo calls with potential customers.

What We’re Looking For

    We need someone who can:
  • Find the right people (not just anyone with a pulse)
  • Start conversations that don’t feel like spam
  • Turn cold outreach into warm interest
  • Get prospects to actually show up to demos (a rare superpower)
  • Keep things organized without us chasing you
    Scope of Work
  • This is a Pilot project: $250 for first 5 qualified demos
  • If performance is strong, we will continue with pay-per-demo ($70-$75/demo)

What Counts as a “Qualified Demo”

    A demo will be considered qualified if:
  • The prospect fits our target profile (automotive business / relevant segment)
  • They are a decision-maker or key stakeholder
  • They show genuine interest in improving audit operations / workflow tools
  • They attend the scheduled demo (no-shows do not count)
    Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation / SDR / appointment setting
  • Experience with SaaS or tech products is a big plus
  • Strong communication and outreach skills
  • Ability to work independently and iterate quickly
    ## Bonus Points
  • Experience in automotive, retail ops, or multi-location businesses
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
