About role
As a Lead SAP Fiori / UI5 Frontend Developer at our team, you will take a central role in designing and developing intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for SAP-based applications. You will lead a small team of developers and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions within SAP BTP environments. Your expertise in SAP UI5 and Fiori Elements will be key to driving innovation and usability across our solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a small team of UI developers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
- Own technical strategy and architecture for UI5 / Fiori solutions deployed on SAP BTP environments.
- Design, develop and maintain UI components using SAP UI5, Fiori Elements, JavaScript, HTML5, and modern web technologies.
- Partner closely with backend developers, designers, and product owners to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and accessibility of UI applications.
- Oversee integration of apps with SAP backend systems, APIs, and cloud services.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
- Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
