    Tasks

    1. Identify and source high-quality leads within target segments:
    2. Architects & interior designers
    3. Developers
    4. Hospitality operators
    5. High-end residential projects
    6. Conduct structured outbound outreach
    7. Add and maintain all leads in the company CRM system before outreach
    8. Qualify leads based on:
    9. Budget
    10. Authority
    11. Need
    12. Timeline
    13. Initiate conversations and move prospects toward a meeting
    14. Book qualified meetings directly into the sales team’s calendar
    15. Ensure complete and accurate handover notes for each booked meeting
    16. Track performance and continuously improve outreach messaging and targeting

    Requirements

    • 2–5 years experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or outbound sales
    • Proven track record of generating qualified leads and booking meetings
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
    • Experience using CRM systems and outbound prospecting tools
    • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and daily activity targets

    Role Objective

    Your role is to build and feed the sales pipeline by identifying the right clients, initiating conversations, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings for the sales team.

    This is a top-of-funnel role focused on outbound prospecting and appointment setting — not closing deals.
