    The Role

We are seeking a Principal Financial Analyst to join our Enterprise Finance Center of Excellence, a strategic team supporting finance leaders and functions across the globe. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant ownership and visibility, responsible for consolidated financial reporting, business partnering, expense forecasting, and supporting our AI and technology transformation.

This role sits at the heart of our global financial operations, partnering closely with our internal Finance and Accounting teams, but also business leaders across Go to Market, Technology, and Corporate Services. This role will support short and long-term forecasting, accurate financial insights and responsible for continuous process improvement. You will own monthly consolidated financial reporting for internal leadership and our Board of Directors, maintain accountability for business partnering and expense tracking across corporate functions, and champion the adoption of AI and automation to modernize how we manage finance.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a globally distributed environment, excels at building collaborative cross-functional relationships, is comfortable establishing new processes from the ground up, and is passionate about leveraging AI and automation to elevate financial operations. Based in Brazil, this role supports U.S. finance leadership with exposure to Europe, working across time zones in a global, English-speaking environment.

    What You'll Do

    •       Own end-to-end consolidated financial reporting, including monthly close processes, financial statement preparation, and executive/Board deliverables

    •       Serve as primary business partner to corporate functions (HR, IT, Legal, G&A), Sales & Marketing, Technology, or Product teams for monthly expense tracking, variance analysis, and forecasting

    •       Develop and maintain rolling expense forecasts across all corporate and operational cost centers, identifying trends and risks

    •       Build and optimize financial models and reporting processes to improve accuracy, timeliness, and scalability

    •       Analyze financial performance across business units and functions, providing insights for decision-making and resource allocation

    •       Conduct deep-dive analysis on spending patterns, cost drivers, and opportunities for operational efficiency

    •       Partner with the Controller and Finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

    •       Support the development and implementation of AI and automation solutions across financial reporting, forecasting, and business partnering workflows

    •       Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to transition manual, spreadsheet-heavy workflows into scalable, data-driven financial processes

    •       Communicate financial results and insights clearly to diverse audiences including the Executive team, Board, and operational leaders

    •       Maintain relationships and collaborate effectively across time zones and geographies, particularly with US and European leadership

    What You’ll Need

    •       7–10 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, business partnering, or consolidated financial reporting roles

    •       Strong technical skills in Excel with expertise in building complex financial models and forecasts

    •       Proven experience with monthly close processes, consolidated reporting, and financial statement preparation

    •       Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders (sales, marketing, technology, product, operations)

    •       High attention to detail, strong data integrity, and organizational discipline

    •       Experience improving or automating financial processes and workflows; genuine interest in AI and automation applications

    •       Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively in a team environment

    •       Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, private equity–backed environment with dynamic priorities

    •       Strong communication skills and ability to translate financial data into clear insights for executives and non-finance partners

    •       Experience with SQL, Python, BI tools, or financial automation platforms a significant plus

    •       Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards

    •       Experience in B2B SaaS, payments, or vertically integrated software companies strongly preferred

    •       Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA a plus

    •       English language skills
