As a Junior SDR, you’ll be on the front line of our growth - identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who’s motivated, curious, and eager to kick-start a career in tech sales.


Aufgaben



  • Initiate contact with prospects through email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach.

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the CRM system.

  • Understand Autenti’s product offerings and communicate their value to potential customers.

  • Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.


Qualifikation



  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).

  • Proactive attitude and strong willingness to learn.

  • Fluent German.

  • Basic understanding of sales processes or SaaS business models.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of our team.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have
