  • Providing entry-level administrative support to the data entry function, including performing clerical functions and data entry tasks
  • Identifying and correcting errors, and swiftly bringing them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary
  • Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques and established procedures
  • Training new data entry employees on computer systems and ensuring that they're equipped to perform their duties effectively
  • Performing routine clerical and data entry functions, including typing, faxing, and data entry duties
  • Ensuring timely data entry and file management, and operating data entry devices to perform a variety of keypunching data entry and verification duties
  • Reviewing and verifying data prior to entry, and performing daily audits and data entry corrections
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with data entry software and systems, including EMR systems
