Junior Financial Analyst

Nth Degree is a company that specializes in managing trade shows, exhibits, and events to craft experiences that build stronger brands. They are seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to join their Accounting/Finance Team, where the candidate will be responsible for variance reporting, budgeting, and forecasting among other financial analyses.

Responsibilities

• Variance reporting in multiple lines of business
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Creating & maintaining Sales & Operations KPI Dashboards
• Margin analysis reporting & identification of key drivers
• Process improvement recommendations
• Analyze industry trends & sales performance
• Prepare & deliver presentations to management team
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 1-3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst
• High level Excel Skills
• Experience with Budgeting
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
• Experience with Power BI a plus
