As a Jr. Account Manager, you will support client accounts, coordinate deliverables across teams, and contribute to campaign execution while building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Serve as day-to-day support for client accounts in the energy and health sectors, ensuring projects stay on track and on time
- Coordinate deliverables across internal teams - creative, digital, PR, and strategy - acting as the connective tissue that keeps everyone aligned
- Draft client-facing materials including meeting recaps, status reports, activity reports, presentation decks and content
- Contribute to campaign execution: content development, media outreach, digital tracking, and reporting
- Research industry trends, competitive activity, and regulatory updates to inform client strategies
- Jump in wherever needed, from event coordination to media list building, knowing no task is too small if it helps the team win
- Build strong working relationships with both clients and internal colleagues by being proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, PR, or communications agency environment (internships count)
- Exposure to energy, healthcare, or highly regulated industries is a plus
- Strong writing, organizational, and multitasking skills — you can move seamlessly between a client meeting recap and a social content draft
- Demonstrated strength in verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently support presentations in client-facing meetings, translate complex ideas into clear recommendations, and foster productive discussions
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across disciplines and wear multiple hats
- Comfortable with project management tools and Microsoft Office/Google Suite; bonus if you've dabbled in social listening or media monitoring platforms
- Curiosity, hustle, and a willingness to lean in and learn fast
- Experience in energy, healthcare, or other regulated industries
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
