Whether they're shopping for their new puppy's first bed, searching for that indestructible chew toy for their aggressive chewer, or need help tracking a delayed shipment, you'll be there to guide them with expertise and warmth.

This includes clear articulation, active listening, and the capacity to convey complex information in an understandable and friendly manner. Since this is a remote position, you'll need to create an optimal workspace that supports your success:
