About the Role

As a Customer Experience Agent at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of our customer support operations, serving as the friendly voice and helpful resource that thousands of users interact with daily. This isn't your typical call center job – it's a gateway to developing expertise in multiple communication channels while building lasting relationships with customers, partners, and team members across our ecosystem.

Our Live Operations team is expanding rapidly, and we need exceptional people who are ready to take their customer service career to the next level. You'll be reporting directly to our Live Operations Manager, working alongside a group of passionate professionals who are all committed to raising the bar in customer experience.

Important Note: Our operations run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As part of our team, you'll be assigned a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays. We value flexibility and understand that our business needs evolve, so schedule adjustments may occur periodically to meet organizational demands.

What You'll Be Doing

Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries across three major communication channels: Inbound Phone Calls, Live Chat, and Email/Messaging. Each interaction presents a unique opportunity to demonstrate your problem-solving abilities and represent arenaflex with excellence.


  • Respond to incoming calls from customers, partners, and service providers with enthusiasm and professionalism

  • Manage live chat conversations simultaneously, providing quick and accurate responses

  • Handle email and message inquiries, ensuring thorough and timely follow-ups

  • Address time-sensitive issues including payment inquiries, account questions, driver concerns, and technical troubleshooting

  • Develop deep expertise in arenaflex's systems, processes, and resources to drive positive outcomes

  • Demonstrate effective communication skills and strong relationship-building capabilities

  • Maintain exceptional quality standards in every single interaction

  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system

  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while maintaining customer satisfaction

  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills

Essential Qualifications:


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in troubleshooting customer issues via email, phone, and chat

  • Fluent English communication with excellent verbal and written skills

  • Technical proficiency with a typing speed of at least 40 WPM

  • Experience in a fast-paced customer support environment

  • Adaptability in a constantly changing work environment

  • Strong written communication skills including excellent grammar and spelling

  • Ability to write both formally and casually using appropriate brand voice and tone

  • Highly energetic personality that thrives in team environments

  • Strong technological proficiency including smartphone app navigation, computer navigation, and proficiency with hotkeys for copy/paste, managing multiple tabs, and email management

  • Client-driven attitude with genuine passion for helping people

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships quickly

  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple issues and maintain concise communication

  • Experience maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but equivalent experience will be considered

Preferred Skills:


  • Previous experience in the gig economy or delivery services industry

  • Knowledge of CRM systems such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms

  • Understanding of multi-channel customer support best practices

  • Conflict resolution certification or training

  • Bilingual capabilities (Spanish, Mandarin, or other languages)
