As a Billing and Technical Customer Service Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional billing support to customers, addressing their queries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Offering technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving their technical issues with ease and expertise
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Working independently with discipline and motivation to succeed in a virtual environment
  • *Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Have at least six months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Possess strong computer knowledge, including the ability to accurately type at least 30 wpm and familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology
  • Have high-speed internet access meeting the following speeds: download ≥10, upload ≥3, Ping ms <175 (no Wi-Fi or satellite internet, you must have ethernet connections)
  • Be able to work independently with discipline and motivation to succeed in a virtual environment
  • Have excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy
  • Thrive in a fast-paced work environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Be able to commit to 100% attendance for five weeks of paid training
  • Have a workspace that can only be accessed by you during your work hours
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**

While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:

  • Previous Contact Center and/or work-from-home experience
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Experience working in a virtual environment and collaborating with remote teams
