Position Overview: Business Analysis Manager – Global Reporting
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Analysis Manager to join our Global Reporting team. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in shaping the financial narrative of our organization by collaborating with business unit finance teams to deliver comprehensive monthly and quarterly reporting packages tailored for our most senior stakeholders, including the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Analysis: Develop innovative approaches to complex financial problems and business situations. Conduct thorough research including external benchmarking, utilize advanced statistical tools, and employ scenario analysis to guide sound financial business decisions.
- Reporting Excellence: Collaborate with specialty unit finance teams to drive monthly and quarterly reporting packages for executive and board-level audiences, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strategic relevance.
- Margin Analysis: Lead and continuously improve our consolidated operating margin analyses, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for cost optimization across the organization.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to establish targets, deadlines, and comprehensive plans. Direct investigations, measure results, and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Executive Communication: Present data, propose solutions, and identify growth opportunities to senior management. Translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- Team Leadership: Provide coaching, direction, and leadership to team members to achieve business results. Perform first-level review responsibilities and mentor junior team members to support their professional development.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancement in reporting processes, tools, and methodologies. Implement best practices that increase productivity and deliver greater value to stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Finance) is highly preferred and will be considered a strong asset.
- Professional Experience: Moderate to extensive experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, budgeting, and business planning. Prior experience in a corporate finance environment, management consulting, or financial planning and analysis (FP&A) is strongly preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of financial principles, reporting standards, and business operations. Experience in relevant industries is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial planning systems. Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI) and ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to synthesize large datasets into meaningful insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to diverse audiences, including senior executives.
