What You'll Do: Make an Impact Every Single Day

As a Customer Service and Technical Support Representative working from the comfort of your home, you'll be the frontline ambassador for some of the world's most recognizable brands. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Technical Problem-Solving: Resolve technical issues ranging from basic to complex, covering hardware, software, and client-specific products with confidence and expertise

  • Knowledge Management: Track, document, and retrieve critical information in our database systems, maintaining accurate records that help improve customer outcomes

  • Product Expertise: Maintain broad and current knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, wearables, and related technology ecosystems

  • Platform Proficiency: Demonstrate familiarity with iOS, MacOS, Windows, Android, or comparable operating systems to provide informed technical guidance

  • Solution Selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional products and services that genuinely enhance the customer experience

Essential Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least one year of customer service experience in any industry
  • Strong focus on building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to ask probing questions to reach effective resolutions
  • Strong computer navigation skills and solid PC knowledge
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking environments
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving systems
  • Home office setup with a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Reliable desktop or laptop computer for work activities
  • High-speed internet connection (wireless hotspots and satellite internet are not acceptable)
  • Smartphone for work-related communications
  • Must be a legal resident of the United States with a valid U.S. address

Preferred Qualifications (But Not Required!):



  • Previous technical support experience, whether professional or personal

  • Familiarity with iOS, MacOS, Windows, or Android operating systems
