IT Help Desk Specialist (Hybrid)

Questeq is a company committed to quality and making a positive impact through technology in libraries and schools. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will provide fast and effective support to clients, diagnose hardware and software problems, and implement solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor, answer, and respond to requests by phone calls, voicemails, emails, and web submission
  • Utilize a ticketing system to log, update and communicate issues and progress
  • Provide Windows 10 & 11 OS Support
  • Hardware Troubleshooting and support
  • Basic troubleshooting of user account and profile issues
  • Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy
  • Assist libraries with the use, configuration, and troubleshooting of core software Envisionware and Sierra

Skills

  • Associates degree and/or equivalent experience in information technology field
  • 1 to 2 years of experience supporting desktop devices
  • Understanding of computer and network operations
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for both internal and external communications
  • Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to pass Criminal Background Clearances
