Internal Client Manager

Softcat is a multi-billion-dollar global technology solutions provider with an award-winning culture. The Internal Client Manager will support and grow customer accounts, manage sales workflows, and drive gross profit growth through revenue opportunities within existing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Support and grow customer accounts by managing quotes, renewals, and sales workflows for Account Managers
• Identify, develop, and close revenue opportunities within existing customer accounts (commission eligible)
• Upsell and expand software renewals while maximizing gross profit growth
• Act as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Participate in customer calls, QBRs, and account planning activities
