Restaurant365 is a SaaS company disrupting the restaurant industry with a cloud-based platform for accounting and back-office operations. The Inside Sales Representative will guide small independent restaurant operators through the buying process, focusing on winning inbound leads and establishing the R365 SaaS platform as a top resource in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Guide restaurant customers with 1 to 2 restaurant locations nationwide through a buying process and sign them to R365 virtually
- Maintain weekly activity and pipeline requirements
- Maintain ARR quota achievement
- Execute a full cycle sales process including prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing
- Be coachable and willing to learn
Skills
- 1-2+ years' inside sales experience
- Open to constructive honesty and constant development
- Proficiency and experience in high volume selling with sales transactions and sales cycles less than 30 days
- Familiarity with modern AI-copilot and approaches
- Demonstrate continual sales success with SMB level clients in the restaurant industry
- Experience with Salesforce and other AI-forward sales technologies and best practices for enabling your team
- Ability to collaborate with internal cross-functional partners across Product, Marketing, Customer Success
- Familiarity with all Microsoft software systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to be in the Austin office Tuesday-Thursday
- Inside sales experience, in the restaurant industry
