Zebra Robotics is a leader in delivering high-quality STEM education through robotics and coding in a fun, hands-on environment. They are seeking a long-term team member for a hybrid role as a Program Coordinator and STEM Coach, responsible for providing exceptional experiences for students and families while delivering engaging robotics and coding lessons. The position combines program coordination with STEM coaching, ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and teaching technology.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist parents, students, and visitors with a professional, friendly approach
- Manage and respond to inquiries via phone, email, website, and social media
- Conduct engaging center tours and clearly explain programs, schedules, and pricing
- Handle registrations, payments, and enrollments with accuracy
- Maintain student records, class rosters, and administrative documentation
- Coordinate schedules and ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow up with leads and drive enrollment conversions
- Support marketing efforts through social media, email outreach, and local engagement
- Build relationships with schools, vendors, and community partners
- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate robotics and coding lessons (ages 5–9)
- Foster problem-solving, creativity, and critical thinking through hands-on learning
- Track student progress and provide meaningful feedback
- Create a positive, safe, and collaborative learning environment
- Support lesson preparation and contribute to curriculum improvement
Skills
- Canadian citizen or permanent resident
- Currently in 1st or 2nd year of university
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent relationship-building abilities with students, parents, and staff
- Experience in sales, customer service, or marketing (education/tech preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and web-based tools
- Comfortable using social media for promotion and engagement
- Confident presenter with the ability to simplify technical concepts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, positive, and self-driven
- Experience working with children (ages 5–9)
- Exposure to robotics/coding/STEM or strong willingness to learn
- Ability to mentor, inspire, and lead young learners
- Must pass a background check
