Industrial Designer Needed — Medical Wearable Orthopedic Foot Device

I am a Miami-based inventor and entrepreneur with a patent pending wearable medical device for the foot and ankle category. I am looking for an experienced industrial designer to help bring this concept to life through professional CAD drawings and a 3D printable prototype specification.

What I need from you:

Review my product concept documentation (shared after NDA is signed)

Create professional CAD drawings showing all components and layers

Specify recommended materials for each layer based on medical wearable standards

Produce a 3D printable file suitable for prototype manufacturing

Provide a brief manufacturing feasibility note — estimated cost per unit at 100-500 units

Ideal candidate:

Experience with medical devices, orthotics, or wearable technology

Strong CAD skills — SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or equivalent

Ability to design for both function and aesthetics — athletic and modern, not clinical

Experience with flexible and rigid material combinations
