Compensation: $60K – $80K Base + $10K Bonus + Equity

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to onboard and support SMB customers during their first 90–100 days. This role focuses on driving adoption, engagement, and long-term retention—similar to an SMB-focused Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and training sessions to deliver quick product value

• Conduct initial onboarding calls (approx. 1 hour via Zoom)

• Facilitate follow-up sessions (15–45 mins) for advanced features & adoption

• Manage full implementation lifecycle for SMB accounting firms

• Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding

• Drive engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction

• Gather feedback to improve product and internal processes

✅ Required Qualifications

• 2–3 years in customer-facing SaaS roles (CS, Onboarding, Implementation)

• Experience managing SMB customers during onboarding stages

• Strong communication & relationship management skills

• Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently

• Coachable, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with bookkeeping/accounting firms

• Familiarity with tools like QuickBooks or Xero

• Startup or high-growth environment experience

• Background as CSM or Onboarding Specialist
