- Manage and grow key accounts including industrial bakeries, food manufacturers, and distributors
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across North America
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Conduct market analysis and provide strategic insights
- Represent the company at trade shows, customer visits, and industry events
- *Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience in
- *baking or food ingredients industry
- Proven track record in key account management and business development
- Strong industry network in industrial bakery or food manufacturing (highly preferred)
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Willingness to travel across the U.S. and Canada
