WinnCompanies is seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resources Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day administrative, financial, and operational functions of the HR department. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations and provides direct support to the Executive Vice President of Human Resources.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to HR leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, preparation of meeting materials, occasional travel arrangements, and special projects
- Serve as a point of contact for the HR Helpdesk and Hotline by triaging requests and ensuring timely resolution or escalation
- Process HR-related accounts payable, including invoice submission, tracking, discrepancy resolution, and vendor communication
- Maintain and support employee personnel file requests, including handling sensitive documentation with a high level of confidentiality
- Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders, external partners, and the HR leadership team
- Proactively identify and address administrative and operational needs to ensure continuity and efficiency
- Provide coordination and support for HR initiatives and cross-functional projects
Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to manage and shift multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information
- Experience in retail, food service, or other customer-facing roles
- Experience in HR, administration, or executive assistant positions
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
