Location: Remote USA (EST)
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm EST

Bilingual English/Spanish Required
OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a hands-on HR Specialist focused on recruiting, pre-employment, and onboarding execution. This is a process-driven position requiring daily use of Dayforce.
Candidates must have direct Dayforce experience and be fluent in both English and Spanish.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting (primarily hourly + operational roles)
- Own pre-employment processes: background checks, drug screens, verifications
- Execute onboarding in Dayforce (offers, workflows, new hire setup)
- Conduct new hire orientation (English & Spanish)
- Partner with hiring managers to move roles quickly
- Maintain accurate employee data and onboarding compliance
- Ensure I-9 and E-Verify completion with zero errors
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
- Hands-on Dayforce experience in recruiting and/or onboarding
- Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- 2+ years of high-volume recruiting or onboarding experience
- Experience managing multiple requisitions at once
- Strong attention to detail and process accuracy
