Your Role at arenaflex


As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Key Responsibilities



  • Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy

  • Provide exceptional customer service through active listening and personalized responses

  • Work with confidential customer information and treat it with the utmost sensitivity

  • Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and thorough in your approach

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers through multiple channels

  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues or concerns raised by customers

  • Escalate interactions to supervisors or specialized teams when necessary and appropriate

  • Track all call-related information accurately for auditing and reporting purposes

  • Provide constructive feedback on call issues to help improve processes and training

  • Identify upselling opportunities when appropriate while maintaining customer satisfaction

  • Maintain knowledge of current products, services, and company policies

  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications



  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)

  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute with accuracy

  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection meeting our technical requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

  • Must be located in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, WY

Preferred Qualifications



  • Customer service and/or sales experience in a call center or retail environment

  • College degree in Communications, Business, or a related field

  • Previous experience working remotely or from home

  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer ticketing systems

  • Knowledge of multiple languages (bilingual candidates encouraged to apply)

  • Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 15.0 Mbps

  • Internet Service Provider must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
