Labcorp is seeking a US Remote Based Genetic Counseling Manager to join our team!
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm any time zone
- Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of Genetic Counselors; manage staffing issues/coverage, plan for growth, ensure adherence to SOPs and Policies, oversee training, competency and continuing education
- Provide support to MFM clients in the Southeast and co-manage the Specialty Results Counseling program
- Client Management including GC coverage, management of client satisfaction and collaborations/communication with Sales
- Provide genetic counseling services. The expectation of the position is to manage patient responsibilities at least 25% time
- Qualifications
- Masters degree in Human Genetics or Genetic Counseling
- American Board of Genetic Counseling (ABGC) certification
- 3 years or more as a certified Genetic Counselor
- Requirements
- 2 years or more of patient-facing genetic counseling experience
- 1 year or more of supervisory or lead experience

- Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
