About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing, relationship-driven professional to lead corporate partnerships, speaking bookings, and high-ticket client acquisition for a rapidly growing personal brand in the leadership and transformation space.
This is not a traditional role.
We are looking for someone who knows how to open doors, build relationships, and close high-value deals with companies, executives, and decision-makers.
- What You’ll Do
- Proactively build relationships with:
- Corporations (HR, L&D, leadership teams)
- Event planners and conference organizers
- High-net-worth individuals and executives
- Secure:
- Paid speaking engagements
- Corporate workshops and trainings
- Long-term coaching and advisory clients
- Develop and execute outreach strategies (LinkedIn, email, warm intros)
- Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Lead conversations and close high-ticket deals
- Collaborate on positioning, offers, and messaging to increase conversions
- Who You Are
- A natural connector and deal-maker
- Comfortable speaking with CEOs, founders, and senior executives
- Proven ability to close high-value deals (coaching, consulting, or corporate services)
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you don’t wait, you create opportunities
- Strong communication and presence (polished, confident, persuasive)

- Background in:
- Business development
- Partnerships
- Talent management or speaker booking
- High-ticket sales (coaching, consulting, or services)
- Existing network in:

- Professional services or wellness space
- Salary
- $120,000 – $160,000 base salary (depending on experience)
