- Job Description:
- Spearhead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, guiding clients through the full transaction lifecycle
- Direct the development of quality of earnings analyses, net working capital assessments, and cash flow analyses
- Oversee the design and delivery of advanced analytics solutions
- Drive hypothesis-led, data-enabled approaches to uncover performance trends
- Integrate leading analytics tools into diligence workflows
- Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients
- Stay informed about emerging AI tools and collaborate with leadership
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree a plus
- CPA, CA,or CFA certification preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in financial due diligence, transaction advisory, or a related field within a public accounting or professional services environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
