We are looking for a commercially driven, entrepreneurial Head of US Partnerships to build and scale Aevi’s partner ecosystem across the United States. This is a critical leadership role focused on driving indirect revenue through strategic partnerships and positioning Aevi as the preferred partner in the US market.
Reporting directly to the GM US, you will own partner strategy, revenue growth, and ecosystem development, working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Pre-sales, and Partner teams to deliver against ambitious growth targets.

What you'll be doing:
Own and scale partner strategy
- Define and execute Aevi’s US partner strategy across ISVs, acquirers, ISOs, OEMs, and distribution channels
- Build a strong partner ecosystem to drive indirect revenue and long-term growth
- Establish scalable partner programs with clear structure, governance, and performance tracking
- Develop and manage a partner-sourced pipeline and co-sell motions
- Create and execute joint go-to-market plans with strategic partners
- Expand Aevi’s footprint across key customer segments and target markets
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across key partners and ecosystem players
- Act as a trusted advisor, aligning Aevi’s solutions with partner and market needs
- Partner with Marketing to deliver targeted campaigns and thought leadership initiatives for the US market
- Provide insights on market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies in payments
- Own partner metrics, KPIs, and revenue targets
- Track, analyse, and report performance to the GM US
- Represent Aevi at industry events, conferences, and partner engagements
- Position Aevi as a leading and trusted player in the payments ecos

Required Skills and Experience:
Experience
- 8–10+ years in partnerships, business development, or sales within payments, fintech, or technology
- Proven track record of building and scaling strategic partnerships and driving commercial outcomes
- Strong network within the US payments ecosystem
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into execution
- Highly entrepreneurial, self-directed, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect product value to market needs
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including senior-level relationship building
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
