Growth Strategist: Premium Beauty (Amazon & DTC) - Scaling with Top PR

Project Goal:

We are looking for a high-level Growth Strategist / Fractional CMO to scale our mid-premium K-Beauty brand in the US market. We are NOT a low-cost commodity brand; we sell premium skincare (e.g., $54 for a 5-pack of masks, and upcoming launch of a $42 sunscreen in Q2)

Our Key Asset (The "Unfair Advantage"):

We have already secured media coverage in 20+ major outlets, including Women's Health, Real Simple, and other top-tier publications.

The Challenge:

We have the social proof, but we need a strategist to convert this "PR authority" into "Sales" on both Amazon and our Shopify store. We need someone who understands that selling a $54 mask requires persuasion and brand building, not just aggressive bidding.

What You Will Do (Omnichannel Strategy):

1. Strategic Roadmap: Audit our current setup and allocate the budget effectively between Amazon PPC and Off-Amazon traffic (Meta/Google).

    2. Shopify & Amazon Content Audit:
  • Review our Shopify store's User Experience (UX) and content flow. Is it persuading customers to buy a $54 mask?
  • Ensure our Amazon A+ Content and Storefront align perfectly with our Shopify site to maintain a consistent "Premium Brand" image.
  • Identify gaps in our storytelling on both platforms and propose specific improvements (CRO).

3. Leverage PR for Conversion: Design a funnel that uses our press coverage (Women's Health, etc.) as a trust signal on BOTH our Shopify landing pages and Amazon listings.

4. Amazon Strategy: Optimize listings and manage PPC campaigns, ensuring we are defending our brand keywords and targeting competitors effectively.

5. Paid Social Strategy: Oversee the strategy for Meta/Google ads to drive traffic, deciding when to direct customers to Shopify vs. Amazon (e.g., Buy with Prime).

Requirements:

Experience: Proven track record marketing Premium / High-Ticket Beauty Products.

Dual Expertise: Must be comfortable analyzing BOTH Amazon Seller Central AND Shopify Analytics. You don't need to be a developer, but you must understand high-converting landing page structures.

Skillset: Amazon PPC, Meta Ads Strategy, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and Copywriting strategy.

Strategic Mindset: You act as a Fractional CMO, guiding the overall sales direction.
