- Manage all client communication and overall account health , ensuring proactive problem-solving and high retention rates.
- Develop multi-channel marketing strategies , support campaign ideation, and oversee execution for clients.
- Analyze marketing data and use insights to inform future strategies, continuously improving performance.
- Requirements:
- 5+ years in digital advertising with a strong performance marketing background.
- 3+ years managing paid media campaigns , with a focus on strategy and execution.
- 2+ years working at an agency or in a role managing multiple accounts.
- Experience building and optimizing paid media plans across various platforms.
- Exceptional client management skills —you must be able to lead calls, answer tough questions, and instill confidence.
- Strong analytical skills —ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and present insights to clients.
- Excellent project management skills , with the ability to handle multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
- Leadership and collaboration skills , working cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and technical teams.
