- Job Description:
- Act as a strategic and operational partner to the GM, supporting execution of key business priorities
- Help translate high-level strategy into clear, actionable plans across functional teams
- Track progress against strategic initiatives and ensure follow-through on commitments
- Prepare materials, insights, and recommendations to support critical business decisions
- Attend cross- functional leadership meetings to ensure alignment with business priorities
- Identify gaps, risks, or misalignment across teams and proactively drive resolution
- Ensure initiatives have clear ownership, timelines, and success metrics
- Drive follow-ups and accountability across teams to ensure execution stays on track
- Coordinate and drive execution of key growth initiatives
- Maintain a centralized view of strategic priorities, milestones, and performance
- Support planning processes including monthly reviews and quarterly planning
- Help prioritize initiatives based on business impact and resource constraints
- Conduct or support research on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
- Synthesize findings into actionable insights for leadership
- Support evaluation of growth opportunities (pricing, packaging, positioning)
- Develop and maintain reporting on key business metrics and strategic initiatives
- Analyze performance across acquisition, retention, and expansion
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide recommendations
- Support executive-level reporting and business reviews
- Requirements:
- 4–7 years of experience in strategy, operations, growth, or consulting roles
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, GTM, and Operations teams
- Proven ability to manage complex initiatives in a matrixed environment
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and business case development
- Experience with Systems including CRMs, Billing, Reporting to accurately pull data for analysis
- Strong project and program management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to synthesize data and business context into insights
- Ability to work across teams without direct authority
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Comfortable preparing materials for senior leadership
