GFX Trading – Maestro Associate - Associate

Deutsche Bank is a global leader in financial services, and they are seeking a motivated team member to join their Maestro Team. The role involves overseeing the solution engine and managing market risk in trading books while collaborating with the team to design solutions and refine operational frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Understand the customer’s business objectives and solution design to independently monitor and exception handle issues
• Manage all orders and market risk resulting from client solutions
• Work with developer and infrastructure teams to manage end-to-end delivery of customer solutions
• Rigorously test our solution designs to ensure the highest levels of performance
• Support customers through go-live processes and play a key role in promoting solution acceptance and adoption

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• Expertise in FX technology and business processes
• Familiarity with coding; Ability to understand Python errors, and familiarity with SQL
• A willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment, and keen attention to detail
• 1-2 years prior Analyst experience in trading or market risk
• Flexibility to relocate to New York after some time in London a strong plus
