What You'll Do: Making Every Visit Special

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be at the heart of our store operations. Your daily responsibilities will include:


  • Warm Welcomes & Engaging Interactions: Greet every customer with genuine enthusiasm and a positive attitude. Take the time to understand their needs, answer questions, and ensure they feel welcome and valued from the moment they walk through our doors.

  • Food Preparation Excellence: Prepare our delicious menu items including breakfast sandwiches, built-to-order hoagies, specialty beverages, pizzas, and other fresh food offerings. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety throughout the preparation process.

  • Beverage Station Mastery: Keep our coffee and beverage stations clean, organized, and fully stocked. Ensure that customers can always access their favorite drinks and that the area maintains the highest standards of cleanliness.

  • Cash Handling & Transactions: Operate the cash register with accuracy and efficiency. Process various forms of payment, handle cash transactions responsibly, and ensure all financial procedures are followed precisely.

  • Fuel & Gift Card Services: Assist customers with fuel card activations, gift card purchases, and related services. Ensure these transactions are completed accurately and provide excellent customer service throughout the process.

  • Lottery & Age-Restricted Products: Handle lottery sales and perform ID verification for age-restricted products in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations.

  • Store Stocking & Inventory: Ensure our shelves remain fully stocked, fresh, and inviting. Rotate products appropriately, check expiration dates, and maintain optimal inventory levels throughout your shift.

  • Store Cleanliness & Safety: Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both customers and team members. Follow all established cleaning protocols, safety guidelines, and company procedures.

  • Housekeeping Duties: Complete daily store housekeeping tasks including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and other duties as needed to keep our store in pristine condition.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow Associates to ensure smooth store operations. Support your team members, communicate effectively, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation:


  • Hourly Rate: The hourly range for this position is $15.00 - $18.75, commensurate with position, experience, and location.

  • Shift Differential: Associates in this position will receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12am - 6am, recognizing the dedication required for overnight shifts.
