  • Order Processing Support: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and delivery inquiries. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of medical equipment and supplies.

  • Product Knowledge Development: Maintain thorough knowledge of arenaflex's product catalog, including medical equipment, supplies, and accessories. Stay updated on new products, industry regulations, and best practices in customer support.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:


  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare, medical supply, or pharmaceutical industry.

  • Location: Must be based in the United States and able to work onsite in New York, USA.
